However, in case of any complaint, we will investigate the case, review the evidence and get back to you with a proposed solution in accordance with Rocket Cleaners policy. The time of the booking confirmation depends on the availability of the cleaners in the area and the type of the cleaning you request. Rocket Cleaners team will contact you if there is no availability for the chosen time and offer you the closest available time of the cleaning.
